What counts as an "active member"?
We only bill for members with a current, paid membership status ('Active'). You can keep an unlimited number of expired or inactive member records in your database for marketing and historical purposes at no extra cost.
Are there any transaction fees?
No. We believe you should keep 100% of your revenue. We never charge transaction fees on membership dues or ticket sales. You are only responsible for the standard fees from your chosen payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Square).
Do you offer discounts for annual pre-payment?
Yes! We offer a discount equivalent to two months free when you pre-pay for a year. Contact us to learn more.
What happens during onboarding?
The one-time $1,500 onboarding covers initial database setup, branding for your member portal, and a comprehensive training session for your staff — everything needed for a successful launch.
